- 6 oz Blueberry Ginger Kombucha 221BC
- 1 oz fresh blueberry syrup made by simmering blueberries with honey and a touch of water
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz coconut water
- Fresh blueberries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare blueberry syrup by gently simmering blueberries with honey and water until bursting with juice.
- Strain the syrup and let it cool.
- In a glass filled with ice, mix the blueberry syrup and lime juice.
- Pour Blueberry Ginger Kombucha 221BC over the top, followed by coconut water.
- Stir gently and garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint for a chic, refreshing finish.
