Ingredients
- 4-5 oz Ginger Kombucha 221BC
- ¾ oz simple syrup mint alt
- 2 cucumber slices light muddle
- ½ fresh lime
- 1-2 oz sparkling mineral water alt if the spritz is too sweet
Instructions
- Lightly muddle cucumber with simple syrup and fresh lime in a glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Add Ginger Kombucha 221BC
- Top with sparkling mineral water, and stir gently to finish.
