Ingredients
- 6 oz Ginger kombucha
- 2 oz fresh apple cider unfiltered if possible
- 1 dash alcohol-free cinnamon or ginger bitters
- Ice or gently warmed optional
- Garnish: apple slice or cinnamon stick
Instructions
Method - Cold
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour apple cider, then ginger kombucha.
- Add bitters and stir gently.
Method - Warm
- Gently warm apple cider (do not boil).
- Pour into a mug and top with kombucha just before serving.
