Ingredients
- 3-5 oz Ginger Kombucha 221BC
- ½ oz simple syrup alt ginger simple syrup
- ¼ tsp ceremonial matcha whisked first
- Splash lemon
Instructions
- Whisk the matcha with a splash of warm water until smooth
- Pour over ice with simple syrup and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Finish with Ginger 221BC and give it a gentle stir to bring everything together.
