Ingredients
- 3-4 cups seedless grapes red, green, or mixed
- 2 cups Berry Hibiscus Kombucha or Prosecco / sparkling wine use kombucha for a non-alcoholic, tangy version
- 1/4–1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
- Optional: splash of vodka if using Prosecco and you want extra booziness
Instructions
Prep grapes
- Wash grapes and remove from stems. Place in a large bowl or dish.

Soak
- Pour kombucha or Prosecco over the grapes so they’re mostly submerged.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (8–24 hours) for the best flavor infusion.
Drain & Dry
- The next day, drain off the kombucha/Prosecc
Sugar Coating
- Place grapes in a bowl and gently toss with fine granulated sugar until lightly coated.
Freeze
- Spread grapes in a single layer on a tray and freeze 2–4 hours until firm. (Or immediately slip into a freezer bag to keep cold until serving.)

Serve
- Serve on skewers or in a cold dish as frozen bite-sized treats — they’re refreshing, candy-like, and festive!
