The Cranberry Ginger No. 221

A signature Thanksgiving mocktail featuring Kombucha 221BC Cranberry Ginger
Servings: 1

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Kombucha 221BC Cranberry Ginger
  • ¼ cup pure cranberry juice
  • 1-2 teaspoon Runamok Maple-Ginger Syrup or Portland Ginger Syrup
  • ¼ cup chilled San Pellegrino or sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
  • Fresh cranberries + rosemary sprig
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  1. Fill a crystal goblet or coupe glass with ice.
  2. Add cranberry juice, the syrup of your choice, and a squeeze of orange.
  3. Pour in Kombucha 221BC Cranberry Ginger.
  4. Top with San Pellegrino.
  5. Stir once — gently — to keep the sparkle alive.
  6. Garnish with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
