Pink Almost Spiked Lemonade (Mocktail)

Looking for the perfect lemonade mocktail? Nothing brings refreshment on a hot summer day like pink lemonade, and we’re elevating the experience with this mocktail recipe.

Time to pull out the sparkling wine glasses. This is a treat adults and children will love!

What you will need:

  • Ginger – I’m always grabbing fresh ginger root at the store to spice up my favorite recipes, and it gives this lemonade and extra zing!
  • Lemon – There’s already lemon zest and lime in the kombucha, so you’ll want to thinly slice the lemon or use the lemon peel for garnish.
  • Raspberries – Feel free to crush a few raspberries to make the lemonade more pink. I’ve decided to simply throw a raspberry or two into the glass for garnish to showcase the PINK in the pink lemonade.
  • Rosé Lemonade Kombucha – To finish this gorgeous mocktail, top with sparkling rosé lemonade booch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 – 4 raspberries
  • 1 lime cut into smaller parts
  • 1 small ginger root
  • 1 lemon for lemon peel or wheels (optional)
  • 1 cup of fresh rosé lemonade kombucha from 221 BC
  • Extra lime, lemon, or raspberries for garnish
  • 2 – 4 mint sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First, muddle a couple of raspberries in your glass, or pitcher to release some pink juices. If you do not have a muddler, use the handle end of a wooden spoon.
  2. Slice and press the ginger juices into the glass and smell the fresh flavor.
  3. Top with sparkling rosé lemonade kombucha and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel, lemon peel, and raspberry, and a mint sprig.

PRETTY: This mocktail creates a beautiful rose color with pops of green, yellow, and bright pink raspberry with your garnish. Everyone will want your entertaining secrets.

EASY: There are no bar skills, cooking, or shaking required to make this easy mocktail at home.

FAST: Make this drink in 5 minutes, and you will be sipping on the fresh pink lemonade in no time!

VERSATILE: If you need to make more than one, or larger batch for guests? No problem, this recipe is easily adapted – just adjust servings in the recipe.
