Our kombucha is traditionally fermented  with the finest ingredients, delivering deep, complex flavors that create a perfect base for a truly special drink. With notes of hibiscus, rose, honey, and berries, these mocktails are not just delicious—they’re a joyful experience without the buzz.

Rose & Raspberry Love Spritz

A delicate fusion of floral and fruity notes, this mocktail captures the essence of romance in every sip.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Rose Lemonade Kombucha 221B.C.
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • 1 oz fresh raspberry purée
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Rose petals and fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, mix raspberry purée, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Pour over ice in a chilled glass and top with Rose Lemonade Kombucha 221BC.
  3. Stir gently and finish with a splash of sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with delicate rose petals and fresh raspberries for a luxurious touch. 

Hibiscus Honey Sparkler

A bold, effervescent drink with deep floral notes and a touch of honeyed sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Berry Hibiscus Kombucha 221B.C.
  • 2 oz hibiscus tea (brewed and chilled)
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Edible flowers and orange zest for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew hibiscus tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a glass filled with ice, combine hibiscus tea, orange juice, and raw honey.
  3. Pour Berry Hibiscus Kombucha 221BC over the mixture and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with vibrant edible flowers and a twist of orange zest for an artistic, refined presentation. 

Blueberry Ginger Love Tonic

For those who appreciate a balance of warmth and fruitiness, this sophisticated mocktail is the perfect Valentine’s treat.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Blueberry Ginger Kombucha 221BC
  • 1 oz fresh blueberry syrup (made by simmering blueberries with honey and a touch of water)
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • Fresh blueberries and mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare blueberry syrup by gently simmering blueberries with honey and water until bursting with juice.
  2. Strain the syrup and let it cool.
  3. In a glass filled with ice, mix the blueberry syrup and lime juice.
  4. Pour Blueberry Ginger Kombucha 221BC over the top, followed by coconut water.
