A deep, elegant mocktail crafted around Kombucha 221BC Blueberry Ginger

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Kombucha 221BC Blueberry Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup
  • ¼ cup chilled sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Thyme sprig or lemon peel
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  1. Add ice to a heavy crystal rocks glass or coupe.
  2. Pour in the blueberry syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Add Kombucha 221BC Blueberry Ginger.
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling water for lift.
  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a thyme sprig or a thin lemon peel.
