    • 1 cup 221 B.C. Passion Fruit Red Clover Kombucha
    • 1/2 cup aloe vera juice
    • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed pineapple juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric (plus extra for garnish)
    • Ice cubes
    • Passion fruit seeds (for garnish)
    • Pineapple wedges (for garnish)
    • Edible flowers (for garnish, such as pansies or nasturtiums)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Turmeric: Grate fresh turmeric and set aside. If you prefer a more subtle turmeric flavor, you can steep the grated turmeric in the pineapple juice for about 5 minutes and then strain it out.
  2. Mix the Base: In a cocktail shaker or large glass, combine the aloe vera juice, freshly squeezed pineapple juice, and honey (if using). Stir or shake well until the honey is fully dissolved.
