I’m Aneta, founder of 221B.C.
This brand began with something personal—a belief in real food, made simply and with care.
I grew up in Poland, where much of what we needed was made at home. Plants were gathered, teas and herbs were brewed, and the harvest was preserved for the seasons ahead. Fermentation wasn’t something we talked about—it was just part of everyday life, passed down quietly from one woman to another.
221B.C. is my way of continuing what I learned— making things slowly, using real ingredients, and letting time do its work. It’s not a new way of doing things. If anything, it’s a return.
