Cucumber Mint Spritz (Mocktail)

Fresh. Cooling. Bright

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 oz Ginger Kombucha 221BC
  • ¾ oz simple syrup mint alt
  • 2 cucumber slices light muddle
  • ½ fresh lime
  • 1-2 oz sparkling mineral water alt if the spritz is too sweet

Instructions
 

  1. Lightly muddle cucumber with simple syrup and fresh lime in a glass.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Add Ginger Kombucha 221BC
  4. Top with sparkling mineral water, and stir gently to finish.
