Ginger Apple Digestif (Alcohol-Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Ginger kombucha
  • 2 oz fresh apple cider unfiltered if possible
  • 1 dash alcohol-free cinnamon or ginger bitters
  • Ice or gently warmed optional
  • Garnish: apple slice or cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

Method - Cold
  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour apple cider, then ginger kombucha.
  3. Add bitters and stir gently.
Method - Warm
  1. Gently warm apple cider (do not boil).
  2. Pour into a mug and top with kombucha just before serving.

Why It Works

A grounding, slightly spicy drink designed for evenings and after meals.
Best enjoyed: winter evenings, wool sweaters, no rush.
